In 2026, the Youth Science Convention (YSC) Talks ignited new and fresh perspectives of knowledge from esteemed expert speakers delving into Project NOAH’s role in disaster preparedness, AI literacy and critical thinking, and role of natural gas to the country’s transition to a clean energy future. Meanwhile, the Case Study Competition (CSC) Phase II reached its brilliant conclusion on the 16th of January 2026, where S.M.A.R.T IRRIGATE Solar-powered Modular AI-driven Reservoir and Terrain-monitoring Irrigation Grid with Analytics for Targeted Emission, a remarkable entry from Philippine Science High School – Central Luzon Campus in Clark Freeport Zone Team 2, was declared champion.
